The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. This role requires strong leadership skills, educational expertise, and a commitment to the development of both staff and children. Duties Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding child care operations. Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and community stakeholders. Manage daily operations including enrollment processes, scheduling, and budgeting. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Organize training sessions for staff on best practices in child development and education. Foster an inclusive environment that respects diversity among children and families. Qualifications Higher education teaching experience is preferred. Background in education administration with a focus on early childhood education. Proven ability to educate and engage students effectively. A degree from a recognized university in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children and families.
