Lead MammographyTech
LOCATION
Humble, TX No Remote TYPE Direct Hire ID MA84-2754842 POSTED May 13, 2026 Lead Mammography Tech We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fulfill the role of Lead Mammography Tech. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage comprehensive patient care within the Imaging Services departments, utilizing evidence-based practices and research. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to enhance patient care quality by aligning patient needs with department resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical care to patients from various specialties and manage complex diagnoses. Monitor and ensure high-quality patient care by adhering to interdepartmental and hospital policies. Coordinate operations and provide professional leadership while maintaining quality standards. Exhibit strong leadership skills, holding staff accountable for customer service, risk reduction, and process improvement.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support. Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (MRT). Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R). Registered Mammography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-M). Minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care hospital or ambulatory setting.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with every fourth Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
