This owner-side role is ideal for a proven leasing professional with 3+ years of experience, a strong record of closing deals, and a deep understanding of commercial lease structures. You will manage tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and portfolio occupancy optimization , directly contributing to revenue growth and property performance nationwide. Key Responsibilities Lease company-owned commercial properties to qualified tenants Source and qualify tenant leads through outreach and inbound channels Conduct property tours and present tailored leasing solutions Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and concessions Prepare and execute LOIs and lease agreements Manage tenant onboarding and transition Track leasing KPIs, pipeline activity, and occupancy performance Collaborate with marketing and operations to position assets competitively #MLTA Qualifications Qualifications 3+ years of commercial leasing or property management experience Proven track record of executed lease deals Strong negotiation and client-facing skills Knowledge of NNN, Gross, and Modified Gross lease structures Certifications (RPA, CPM, SIOR, CCIM) preferred Owner-side leasing experience is a plus Share job details to Terms of Use | Privacy Policy | © 2026 Paycom | All Rights Reserved.
