Leasing Consultant

We're not posting this job for someone who wants to answer phones and hand out applications. We're posting it for the person who keeps score and gets genuinely annoyed when the number isn't high enough. We manage a large portfolio of residential units across multiple states. We have inventory. We have leads. We have systems. What we need is someone who can convert.

COMPENSATION

$35,000 base salary plus uncapped commission that scales with your output: Leases 1-10: $100 per lease Leases 11-25: $150 per lease Leases 26+: $200 per lease

Renewals:

$25 per renewal No cap. Ever. What that looks like in practice: Top of the board

• 45 leases + 30 renewals per month: Monthly commission: $8,000 Annual pace: ~$131,000 High performer
• 36 leases + 25 renewals per month: Monthly commission: $6,075 Annual pace: ~$108,000 BENEFITS Fully paid health insurance Uncapped commission

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Convert inbound leads into signed leases efficiently and consistently Conduct showings, handle objections, and close Manage lease renewals and retain current residents Own your pipeline, follow up until it's a yes or a definitive no Coordinate with the property management team to keep move-ins on track
