Job Description

At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a Leasing Manager to help drive leasing performance and marketing execution at a luxury student housing community in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role is ideal for a leasing leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and can own the property's social media and marketing presence, not just the tour schedule. You'll lead the on-site leasing team through the peak pre-leasing season and summer turn, partnering closely with site leadership to keep occupancy strong and the leasing pipeline full. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day leasing execution for a 400+ bed luxury student housing community Manage and coach the leasing team and community assistants to hit traffic, conversion, and leasing goals Own the property's marketing and social media presence, including content planning and campaign execution Drive pre-leasing strategy through peak season, including tours, follow-up, and event-based leasing pushes Track and report leasing KPIs, pipeline health, and performance trends to site leadership Qualifications 2+ years of leasing manager experience in student housing or luxury Class A multifamily property Demonstrated experience running marketing and social media efforts for a residential community Prior team leadership experience (leasing team, community assistants, or similar) Comfort with the student housing calendar, including pre-leasing, summer turn, and occasional weekend events Strong command of leasing metrics, including traffic, conversion, and closing performance Perks Earn $58K+ (includes base salary plus 10% annual bonus potential) Relocation assistance available Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO Work for a nationwide company that can offer growth and stability Stable on-site team environment with a clear runway for advancement into APM/PM roles
