Busy estate planning law firm seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals.

Collection of data from clients and professionals
Review/processing of attorney notes following meetings or hearings.
Drafting of court orders, notices, notice lists
Noticing of various court documents.
Calendaring of hearings and deadlines
Efiling or fax filing of documents with various courts
Data entry for accountings, and maintaining of financial records for cases
Communication with court clerks, probate examiners, court investigators
Scan and file incoming mail and paperwork physically and electronically Ideal canidates are highly organized, accurate, comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial records, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prior legal office experience preferred.
