PART TIME
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our clinician-led, APA-approved behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states . Requirements Master's degree Active LCSW license Why LCSWs Choose CHE Create your own schedule (Mon-Fri, 7 AM-7 PM)
Compensation:
$80,000-$100,000 annually! Competitive pay (fee-for-service or salaried options) No nights, weekends, or on-call Consistent, reliable caseload, no cancellations Work close to home in partnered facilities What You'll Do Start by reviewing your schedule, checking for new referrals, and noting any changes in residents' conditions Meet with residents throughout the day for brief, focused therapy sessions (support, coping skills, mood, adjustment) Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans for new or ongoing residents Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers to discuss care needs and any behavioral concerns Document sessions, treatment plans, and required notes to meet compliance and billing standards Connect with family members when needed and plan your schedule and follow-ups for the next day Benefits (W2 Employees) 401(k) with 25% match on the first 6% Free CEUs, training, and clinical supervision EMR for efficient documentation Excellent work-life balance
