Passionate about skin health Desire to help others feel confident in their skin Experienced with facial treatments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Honest and ethical Team oriented with a positive attitude Eager to grow and excel within the business What you'll do. Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of facial treatments and services, upholding regulatory standards Perform skincare enhanced services such as hydro dermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning and others within skill set and expertise Offer expert consultations and guidance for all skin types and various skin concerns Maintain documentation and records of client treatments and preferences Ensure consistency and excellence in treatment procedures Provide best-in-class, customized facials and treatment enhancements following established brand protocols Support members and guests skin care goals by explaining, recommending, and selling skin care products and services Advise members and guests on the best at-home skincare regimen, which includes explaining the benefits of regular facials and our monthly Collective Membership Provide excellent customer service to all Collective members, guests, and team members Maintain facial collective's studio vibe and our distinct atmosphere and culture Have fun! What you need. Proven experience as an esthetician Knowledge of health and safety protocols Ability to perform independent manual procedures with confidence Valid certification and willingness to pursue further education
