Juliet North location. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Perform clinical triage and assess patient symptoms based on protocols Provide patient education, care instructions, and medication teaching Administer vaccines, injections, and assist with procedures Document care accurately and completely in the EHR Communicate with patients through phone and patient portal Manage chronic disease follow-up and care plan coordination Collaborate with care teams on clinical initiatives and quality metrics Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Tennessee BLS/CPR certification (ACLS may be required per specialty) Graduate of an accredited nursing program 1 year of experience, preferable in Pediatrics EPIC experience preferred Additional Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate patient care and a team-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions Schedule :

Mon-Fri, day shift; 1 Saturday per month and 1 holiday per year

Environment :

Clinic-based with occasional exposure to medical equipment and procedures.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 25lbs.
