Responsibilities Monitor resort premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed. Conduct regular patrols of outdoor and indoor areas to identify potential hazards or security breaches. Manage access control by verifying credentials of staff, vendors, and visitors, ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies, conflicts, or disturbances, following established protocols. Assist guests with inquiries related to safety procedures or directions around the resort grounds. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to effectively respond to medical emergencies. Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques enhances your ability to protect property. Strong conflict management skills are essential for de-escalating tense situations calmly and professionally. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance. Excellent communication skills for interacting courteously with guests, staff, and emergency personnel. Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when needed.
