Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Presidential Oaks is an independent, non-profit and recent Quality Care Bronze Award winning health care community, located in Concord, NH. We have a new Nursing Leadership Team and a revised wage scale, with highly competitive starting salaries. We have the following shifts available: Per diem full time days 7a-7p full time day 6a-2p full time evenings 2p-10p full time nights 7p-7a Licensed Nursing Assistant Description Provide direct day to day care to Residents and to assist the Nurse with the completion of recording and charting of this care on our Long Term Care Unit. Activities of Daily Living Take temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure. Answer call lights and visit each Resident's Room on a regular basis. Give or assist Resident in and out of bed, into chairs, or in walking as directed. Assist Resident in dressing and undressing when necessary. Turn Residents as directed utilizing proper body position and ROM. Give and remove bedpans and urinals or assist Resident to the toilet. Make occupied beds. Report unusual or significant changes to the Nurse in charge. Keep Resident's room as clean and uncluttered as possible. Registered with the NH Board of Nursing as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Experience in Long Term Care Preferred. Licensed Nursing Assistant pay scale Starting at $20.00 per hour for the 7p-7a shift, including additional $2 weekday night shift differential and $5.00 per hour weekend night differential.
