Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary Edgefield Recovery Center has available positions for compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. LPNs will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive high-quality medical attention and support. 12 hour shifts (6a-6p and 6p-6a) $25 an hour based on substance abuse experience. Responsibilities Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist in patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Support discharge planning for patients transitioning from hospital to home or other care settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience or knowledge in internal medicine, home community care, and substance abuse care. Ability to perform discharge planning effectively. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism. Must be able to pass background checks as required by the facility.
