ASAP 3. Key Responsibilities Provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Assist with assessments, charting, and daily care tasks. Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient care. Monitor and report changes in patient condition. 4. Requirements Active LPN License required. Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred. Ability to work flexible day/evening shifts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be comfortable working every other weekend. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required. 6. Certifications Active LPN License required. BLS Certification preferred. 7. Preferred Qualifications Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred. Flexible scheduling availability. Ability to work overtime if needed. 8. $1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per week
