diabetic care, g tube About the Role Hello, LPNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for students in Spanaway, WA. This role focuses on supporting medically fragile student and/or diabetic students throughout the school day, potentially including transportation needs. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide nursing support to students in school Assist with safe transfers, including on/off the school bus Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Support student access to school throughout the day What We're Looking For Active Washington State LPN license (DOH) or Compact Multi-State Nursing License Experience with trach care, G-tube required Pediatric experience strongly preferred Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check Reliable, attentive, and comfortable in a pediatric setting About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women•and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
