Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dedicated healthcare team in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Gardendale, Alabama. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while supporting physicians, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This role is ideal for LPNs experienced in geriatric care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, memory care, or skilled nursing environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care to residents in LTC/SNF setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Maintain accurate EMR/documentation records Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff Respond quickly to changes in resident conditions and emergencies Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations Support infection prevention and patient safety protocols Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families Requirements Active Alabama LPN License Current BLS Certification Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred LTC, SNF, Rehab, or Geriatric experience strongly preferred Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Experience with EMR/charting systems preferred Preferred Qualifications Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience Long-Term Care (LTC) experience Medication administration experience Wound care knowledge Rehabilitation or post-acute care background IV certification preferred (if applicable) Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Flexible Contract Opportunities Referral Bonus Opportunities Dedicated Recruiter Support Professional Growth Opportunities Fast Hiring Process BI01
