Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Long-Term Care Shift:

  Night Shift
• 7:00 PM
• 7:30

AM Schedule:

3 × 12-hour shifts per week

Additional Requirements:

Every other weekend and holiday per unit needs

Role Overview:

As an LPN with White Glove Placement, you will deliver quality bedside care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs Administering medications and treatments Following physicians' orders Supporting elderly, rehabilitative, and long-term care residents with daily needs
