Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a laboratory setting to support patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Support the nursing team in various tasks, ensuring a safe and effective environment for patient care. Requirements Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in PA. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially in internal medicine or teaching hospitals. Proficiency in performing vital sign assessments, IV insertion, and patient assessment techniques. Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures is highly desirable. Familiarity with laboratory protocols and coding practices is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
