Job Summary:

Harmony Care at Giddings, a leading long-term care facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents and have the opportunity to advance your nursing career.

Responsibilities:

Administers and records medications and treatments Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals Perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Valid LVN license in the state of Texas CPR certification Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
