Responsibilities Constantly monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed. Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, skimming debris, and maintaining water quality. Assist guests with pool-related questions, directions, or concerns to enhance their experience. Perform routine pool inspections and cleaning to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is properly maintained. Qualifications Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid. Ability to swim confidently and perform water rescues when necessary. Knowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning procedures, and safety standards. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Experience with pool cleaning equipment and basic maintenance tasks is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to respond calmly under pressure.
