What This Job Actually Is This is a fast-paced service role where you will: Work under pressure during busy service Execute dishes clean and consistent every time Move fast, stay organized, and support the team If you're slow, unfocused, or easily overwhelmed — this will not work. Responsibilities Set up and stock your station before service Execute dishes according to standards (no shortcuts) Maintain speed and consistency during rush Keep your station clean and organized at all times Support prep and closing duties Communicate clearly with kitchen team Requirements Kitchen experience preferred (hot line or prep) Able to work fast and stay composed under pressure Reliable — shows up on time, every time Strong work ethic, no excuses mindset Willing to learn and take feedback Who Will Do Well Here Moves with urgency without being told Takes pride in clean, consistent work Wants to improve and grow in a serious kitchen Who Will Struggle Here Calls out often or shows up late Needs constant reminders Slows down when it gets busy Brings a bad attitude into the kitchen Growth Opportunity We are expanding.
