Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently Use knife skills expertly to chop, slice, dice, and portion ingredients accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food presentation and taste Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Experience with meal preparation, and catering operations Excellent knife skills and proficiency in basic culinary techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Restaurant or kitchen experience within the food industry is preferred; culinary experience is a plus Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
