About Us:

Deer Mountain Inn is located in the hills above Tannersville, NY. Our 60 seat restaurant is helmed by James Beard Nominated Best Chef Corwin Kave. We source primarily local, organic and regenerative products for our ever-changing menu. Our on site garden provides herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables and the woods provide a bounty of foraged goods. We are looking for one more team member that is excited to work in a dynamic professional kitchen with access to the finest New York State produce we can find. We prioritize work life balance with a 4 day work week that allows for more exposure to receiving, foraging, gardening, prep and service. Deer Mountain Inn Key Responsibilities:

• Be reliable, communicative, kind, energetic
• Keep your knife sharp
• Be prepared to receive, prep, garden, forage, cook service, manage your station
• Follow instructions of

Chefs and Management Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fine dining setting, no less than 1 year
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 40lb or more
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Reliable transportation to and from work
