Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and furniture, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to promote a welcoming environment. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are consistently met. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and products. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while maintaining a positive attitude that reflects our hospitality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, stairs, and moving equipment throughout the shift. A positive attitude with strong communication skills that foster teamwork and guest satisfaction.
