• Independent Position We're looking for someone who knows their way around a flat top and doesn't mind a bit of a rush.

We're a local favorite, and we need a cook who can handle everything from a perfect wrap to a mouth watering burger without breaking a sweat. This position does require you to work independently. What you'll be doing:

The Classics:

Slapping burgers, dropping fries, and making sure the "usuals" are exactly how the regulars like 'em.

The Prep:

Chopping, slicing, and keeping your station ready so we don't get caught off guard when the dinner crowd hits. Keep it

Clean:

Nobody likes a messy kitchen. You'll help keep the gear and the floors looking decent.

Teamwork:

We're a small crew. If the dishwasher is buried or a server needs a hand, we all jump in. What we're looking for:

Reliability:

This is the big one. If you say you're going to be here, be here.

Speed:

When the tickets start printing, you have to be able to move.

Vibe:

We like to have a good time while we work. No big egos or kitchen drama, please.

Experience:

If you've cooked in a bar or diner before, that's great. If not, but you're a quick learner with a good attitude, we can talk.
