The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and culinary arts, with a focus on food safety and preparation. This role involves creating delicious meals that meet the dietary needs of our guests while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Participate in catering events or fine dining services as required. Provide support as a dietary aide when necessary, ensuring meals meet specific nutritional needs. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or culinary roles, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong skills in menu planning and food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience in fine dining settings is a plus, but not required.
