A Line Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have relevant hotel/restaurant cooking experience. The Line Cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Line Cooks will work single/multiple stations in the kitchen and require minimal supervision. • Good Communication skills required.
• At least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Able to work most stations of the kitchen.
