Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, culinary arts, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in the food industry
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry best practices and food safety standards
• Ability to work well in a team environment
