Litigation Attorney Salary Range:

$150K- $220K based on experience About the role Global Legal is a boutique law firm focused on complex commercial litigation in the electronic payments industry. We represent clients nationwide in state and federal courts and are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage civil litigation matters from start to finish. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in California state and federal courts. Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution and trial. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case strategy and preparation. Communicate with clients, courts, and local counsel and provide regular status updates. Assist with trial preparation and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of California civil litigation experience required. Knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters. Ability to work in person in our San Diego County office.
