JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable CDL A driver to operate routes throughout central and southern Wisconsin. This position allows you to be home every night while supporting our daily transportation needs. Home daily Monday-Friday Day shift & 2nd Shift

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 2 years verifiable driving experience Must be at least 23 years old. Must possess a valid Class A CDL with proper endorsements for the type of CMV to be driven. Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the general public, understand highway traffic signs, and respond to official inquiries. Must be physically and mentally qualified to drive a CMV and carry a valid medical certificate in accordance with 49 CFR Part 391.15. Must not be disqualified to drive a CMV under the rules and regulations set forth in 49 CFR Part 391. Must be able to perform all duties and tasks related to job description. Must successfully complete Company/DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and road test. Must have professional appearance, reliable transportation, and a phone.

DRIVING RECORD REQUIREMENTS

Must have a good, verifiable work history with at least the recent 3 years verified and the past 10 years listed. No more than one (1) moving violation in the past 12 months. No serious traffic violations in the past 36 months. No preventable accidents in the past 12 months. No DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges in the past 5 years. No felony or misdemeanor convictions or pending charges in the last 7 years. No more than one (1) of the following violations in the past 3 years:

• Reckless driving
• Improper or erratic lane change
• Following too closely
• Distracted driving (including cell phone use, texting, or similar)
• Speeding 15 mph or more over the limit No more than two (2) "at fault" accidents in the past 3 years.

No more than three (3) total moving violations/citations in the past 3 years.
