Job description Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare services team in Abilene, Texas. The successful therapist will be responsible for assessing patient capabilities, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress. This role involves direct patient interaction in an onsite rehabilitation setting at our state-of-the-art facilities. We are looking for someone with a passion for healthcare and a background in therapeutic exercises to enhance patient physical recovery. A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required, along with state licensure in Texas and a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification.
