Job description Description This is an entry-level, contract position that offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience in the medical practice industry. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and interpreting radiological results to provide accurate and timely assessments. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care are met. This position is ideal for those looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs Interpret radiological results and provide accurate diagnoses Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Stay updated with advancements in radiology and imaging technology Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution Current medical license to practice in the state of Georgia Strong understanding of radiology and imaging techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Commitment to continuous professional development Basic proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts Will perform the full scope of breast imaging and related procedures Must be fully proficient in all breast imaging modalities, including mammography (screening and diagnostic), breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image‑guided breast biopsy proceduresEMR:
CPRS Any active, unrestricted U.S. medical license accepted Must be board-certified Paid travel & expensesSimilar remote jobs
