Highlights 12-hour night shifts with consistent weekly volume First call responsibility with physician backup available Block scheduling for continuity and planning Inpatient-only focus with hands-on clinical role Practice & Cases Inpatient cardiology unit with general and interventional cases Manage 20 to 50 patients on the unit during shifts Perform point-of-care ultrasound and handle overnight consults Triage, rounding, and coordination with cardiology team Schedule 7pm to 7am night shifts 3 to 4 shifts per week Block scheduling available for grouped shifts Full-time coverage preferred Requirements Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Acute Care certification required for Nurse Practitioners Active Texas license required ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Logistics Travel and lodging provided Rental car and mileage reimbursement included Reach out to review which night blocks are still open and how they can fit your schedule.
