Logistics Coordinator

Overview Join our team at Golden Harvest Inc. as a Shipping Specialist and become an important driver of our water control product business! In this role, you will coordinate the shipping and handling of large manufactured parts across north America and abroad. Your role will help our team meet customer's demands and deadlines. Communication with our sales team, purchasing agent, and our plant manager will be a crucial part of your duties. Duties Analyze and coordinate with freight broker to schedule multi-drop nationwide shipments. Coordinate with third-party logistics and on-line software such as FedEx Freight, Oak Harbor, etc. Coordinate and confirm with customers to verify proper ship-to information, address, receiving dates/times and identify special instructions. Coordination with production lead and warehouse shipping manager to maintain efficient and cost effective shipping schedules. Data entry and coordination of shipping dates within company ERP software. Requirements Basic computer skill including Microsoft Word, Excel and similar programs. Good communication skills required to communicate internally with Project Managers, Shop Managers and Maintain Customer Relations.

Pay:

$25.50 - $30.00 per hour
