Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan and physician's orders. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time. Monitor and document residents' conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity of residents. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:

2+ Experience in

LPN -LTC LPN

must have IV Cert BLS Nebraska State License AL01
