Openings in Family Medicine, Orthopedics, or Gastro Clinic The Opportunity We are seeking a highly professional, patient-centered Certified Medical Assistant or LPN to join a dedicated clinical team. This role is ideal for a candidate who prides themselves on a polished professional appearance, emotional stability in high-pressure situations, and a genuine enjoyment of patient care. You will work under the direct supervision of an Office Nurse or Physician, ensuring the highest standards of clinical support and patient confidentiality. What You llDo Clinical Procedures:
Perform blood draws, injections, child immunizations, and lab tests within your scope of practice.Patient Vitals:
Assist physicians with examinations, including taking blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.Patient Navigation:
Assist patients to and from exam rooms and prepare them for specific treatments or procedures.Communication:
Handle patient phone calls and provide instructions as directed by the Physician.Coordination:
Assist with medical records, including completion of referral forms, lab slips, and documentation.Clinic Maintenance:
Keep exam rooms cleaned, stocked, and requisition supplies to maintain inventory.Required Qualifications Experience:
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Medical Assistant in a formal medical setting.Education:
Completion of at least 2 years in a formal Medical Assistant curriculum or specialized training.Certification:
Must maintain active CMA certification or hold a valid LPN license.Life Support:
Active BLS (AHA) Certification is required.Traits:
