We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to operate our machines and support other departments with finished product. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production work, or industrial equipment operation. Candidates must be able to furnish professional references and successfully Machine Operator Responsibilities Lead and organize machine start up and shut down activities Organize and Maintain break out times Assist Machine Assistants with machine setup and production preparation Prepare equipment according to production run specifications Review run parameters for new and existing products Complete machine startup checklists Verify raw materials are available prior and during production Monitor production processes including fabric, paste, and finished product Assist with quality checks and gauge measurements Monitor seams and material changes running through machines Assist with equipment adjustments to maintain product specifications Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs Assist with machine cleaning and production housekeeping Support machine startup, shutdown, roll changes, and seam changes Fill in on machines or production areas as needed Any other duties as assigned Manufacturing Expectations Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Produce work that meets or exceeds quality standard Meet or exceed targets Collaborate effectively with team members Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain clean and organized work areas Report safety hazards : Ensure product quality standards are maintained Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with training new production associates Continuous Improvement
