We are currently seeking a Mixing Operator to support our machine operators and manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production work, or industrial equipment operation. Candidates must be able to furnish professional references and successfully Mixing Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure and blend raw materials according to production formulas and specifications
• Load ingredients into mixers, tanks, or blending equipment
• Verify batch accuracy, weights, and material identification before mixing
• Maintain proper mixing times, temperatures, and production settings
• Perform quality checks throughout the mixing process
• Record batch information, production data, and material usage accurately
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines
• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment between product runs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or material issues and notify supervision when needed
• Move raw materials and finished products using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Assist with inventory control and material staging for production
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S standards
• Read and follow work orders, batch sheets, and production schedules
• Monitor product consistency, viscosity, color, or texture as required
• Perform equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks
• Ensure minimal waste and efficient material usage during production
• Support continuous improvement and downtime reduction initiatives
