WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Load the correct materials onto the production line in the correct sequence. Ensure materials meet quality specifications. Take action to fix or replace defective materials. Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation. Document quality and production checks. Crosstrain at multiple stations. Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members. Perform routine operator care on equipment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Dependable, engaged, and team oriented. Strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a physically active environment. Motivated to grow and take on new responsibilities
