Lifeteam, a leader in emergency medical services, is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational readiness of our fleet of air ambulances. This crucial role supports the safety and efficiency of our life-saving services, encompassing maintenance and repair of aircraft systems, compliance with aviation safety standards, and enhancement of our rapid response capabilities. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our engineering team, working alongside dedicated professionals in a highly dynamic and rewarding environment aiming to improve patient outcomes and response times. Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on aircrafts, including engines, mechanical systems, and avionics. Ensure all aircraft maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company policies. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues, conduct tests, and complete service of aircraft. Document maintenance actions, including repairs, part replacements and inspection findings. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime. Provide technical support and guidance to flight crews regarding aircraft performance and troubleshooting. Required Skills Strong knowledge of aviation mechanical and electronic systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance. Ability to interpret technical documents, such as manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
