  • Valid A&P License
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Apply FAA regulations, technical data, and maintenance documentation systems
  • Operate standard shift vehicles and related equipment safely
  • Manage multiple maintenance projects and adjust priorities as required
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel activities, including work assignments, workload distribution, and problem resolution
  • Evaluate schedules and estimate labor requirements to meet production demands
  • Review non-preplanned work documents to determine tooling, materials, and labor needs
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with FAA regulations, technical data, and company procedures
  • Verify completion and accuracy of all required maintenance paperwork and documentation
  • Secure customer approval for maintenance estimates and revised work scopes
  • Maintain production and timekeeping records for assigned personnel
  • Oversee aircraft disassembly operations and ensure proper documentation of part numbers, serial numbers, and job numbers
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure safe work practices across all maintenance activities
  • Conduct employee training, onboarding, and on-the-job instruction while ensuring documentation compliance
  • Perform employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to management regarding staffing actions
  • Interpret company policies and enforce quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate with customers to obtain maintenance-related project data and requirements
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost control
  • Perform duties of Production Controller or Project Manager in their absence

  • Utilize eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for maintenance oversight activities
  • Work in hangars, flightline, and avionics shop environments
  • Exposure to high noise levels, temperature changes, electrical energy, hazardous materials, and moving machinery
