A&P Mechanic -

General Aviation Company:

Full Throttle Aviation Full Throttle Aviation is seeking a motivated, dependable FAA-certified A&P Mechanic to join our growing team. We are a full-service general aviation maintenance facility that takes pride in providing high-quality workmanship, honest service, and exceptional customer support. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and service piston-powered general aviation aircraft. Perform annual inspections, 100-hour inspections, and preventive maintenance. Complete repairs, alterations, and modifications in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. Perform sheet metal repairs and structural work as required. Remove, install, and rig aircraft systems and components. Accurately document all maintenance performed in accordance with FAA requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer schedules. Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. IA preferred but not required. Experience working on general aviation aircraft preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical data. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance. Valid driver's license.
