What You'll Do As a Structures Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining, repairing, and modifying aircraft structures to the highest aviation standards. You'll bring strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and pride in craftsmanship to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural maintenance, modifications, and repairs on aircraft in compliance with aviation standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, repair manuals, and process sheets. Assemble and install parts or complete repairs using structural fasteners. Diagnose and apply appropriate repairs from structural repair manuals. Treat and prevent corrosion, apply sealants, and ensure proper protection standards are met. Maintain, calibrate, and properly use measuring tools and shop equipment. Keep accurate work records and ensure a clean, organized workspace. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic. Travel as needed to support operations in and outside of the United States. What We're Looking For Extensive structural maintenance experience. A&P (S) license preferred. Completion of an approved training course (ICS accepted). Strong skills in interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and standards. Excellent hand skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
