Job Description

Job Summary

The A&P Mechanic plays a key role in ensuring the airworthiness, reliability, and technical integrity of OSM Aviation Academy's U.S. fleet.

Depending on experience and profile, the role may initially be more hands-on operational and may develop into a senior technical role supporting the Technical Director (TD) with increasing responsibility for technical U.S. operations.

This is a role with real influence - and a clear path toward your technical development.

Requirements

Mandatory

FAA A&P Certificate.

Experience with small aircraft / GA fleets.

Strong understanding of FAA maintenance and record-keeping requirements.

High attention to detail, professionalism, and safety mindset.

Ability to lift assigned task.

Preferred

Experience with Tecnam aircraft and/or Rotax engines.

Experience supporting flight training organizations or high-utilization fleets.

Ability to work independently and in a growing, changing environment.

Interest in taking on increased responsibility as the organization scales.
