Ideal candidates have hands-on experience supporting King Air, Citation, Gulfstream, and/or Global aircraft, with a minimum of 3 years of experience across any combination of these platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to AOG service calls and perform maintenance to return aircraft to service quickly and safely.
Troubleshoot aircraft systems and determine corrective actions in a time-sensitive environment.
Perform inspections, repairs, removals/installs, and component changes using approved data.
Use and interpret maintenance manuals and approved references (AMM, SRM, IPC, WDM, drawings, engineering dispositions, etc.).Complete functional checks, operational checks, and return-to-service actions.
Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and quality standards.
Accurately complete all maintenance documentation, including logbook entries and work order records.
Coordinate with leads, maintenance control, and QA as needed for approvals and release requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety/FOD policies.
Communicate professionally and represent the company well while supporting AOG events. Requirements Must have a valid A&P LicenseMinimum 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience on any combination of: King Air, Citation, Gulfstream, GlobalStrong troubleshooting ability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior AOG/on-call experience in corporate/business aviationStrong customer-facing communication skillsExperience working in fast-paced, high-urgency environmentsAbility to read and follow maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering instructions.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends/holidays as required by AOG demand.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements (drug screen/background, etc.).Valid driver's license and ability to meet badging/site access requirements.
