Launch IAB is looking for Interior Mechanics for our MRO facility in Wichita, KS The Interior Mechanic is responsible for open & close up, seat rows, sidewalls, stow bins & monuments. This role supports aircraft maintenance and modification projects while ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment. Physical Requirements Ability to work in confined spaces and maintain various physical positions for extended periods, including kneeling, crouching, sitting, reaching, bending, and lying down. Ability to work in elevated locations and operate manlifts, airstairs, ladders, and other approved lifting devices. Ability to perform work on aircraft structures, including crown modifications and other elevated work areas. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in accordance with company safety guidelines. Ability to work in a hangar environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and aircraft maintenance operations.
