Updated 08/2026 Job Description Job Summary Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Line Maintenance) We are seeking skilled A&P mechanics with line maintenance experience to support aviation maintenance operations in the Greater Southwest Ohio region. This role supports scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across multiple commercial aircraft platforms. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, competitive compensation, and room for career growth. Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate:
$38.00/hourAnnual Earnings:
Most contractors earn approximately $85,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtimePer Diem:
Up to $54,080 annually (tax-free), based on $880.00/week in tax-exempt per diem Work Schedule- Multiple shifts available
- Full-time schedule Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial aircraft
- Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with company manuals, manufacturer manuals, procedures, bulletins, and orders
- Sign off on completed maintenance work as required
- Inspect for defective, worn, or failed parts while maintaining safe working conditions
- Support general housekeeping and maintenance of assigned work areas
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Supervisors or higher management
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and quality standards Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- 5+ years of Boeing 767 or Boeing 757 experience highly preferred
- Prior experience on Boeing 767 Classic & Next Generation aircraft preferred
- 3+ years of line maintenance experience on B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, A320, or ERJ aircraft preferred
- Prior hands-on experience in a line maintenance environment required
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting
