Build Your Aviation Career with a Growing Company G Force Aero is seeking a motivated, dependable, and flexible Aviation Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We are a Michigan-based aircraft maintenance company primarily serving Mid-Michigan, with operations centered around Midland Jack Barstow and Saginaw County H.W. Browne Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced A&P Mechanic or a mechanically inclined individual who wants to build a long-term aviation career through hands-on experience and mentorship. Position Overview You will work directly alongside our lead maintenance team, assisting with inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, aircraft servicing, and mobile maintenance operations throughout Michigan. We are looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic Uses common sense and problem-solving skills Takes pride in quality workmanship Is willing to learn and grow Can work independently when required Represents the company professionally with customers Qualifications FAA A&P Certificate General aviation maintenance experience Ability to travel throughout Michigan Valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude
