Job Description IFL Group is a growing company located at the Oakland County International Airport, and Hiring for a full-time Aircraft Mechanic to join our team! All Shifts!! This position consists of a variety of airport duties and tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibilities. All employees must pride themselves on professionalism, be outgoing, personable, and able to work effectively as a team-player.

Duties:

• General aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, etc.
• Boeing 727 , ATR and CRJ experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more
• Willing to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed in all-weather environments
• Insure compliance with all FAA, Federal, State, local safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A&P license required
• At least 3 years industry experience is desired
• Be available to work weekends, holidays if required
• Be available to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Pass all background, security check and drug test
• Ability to multitask; and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
