The operation runs 24/7, so flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential. Compensation & Benefits The company offers a competitive salary, plus overtime eligibility and an attractive benefits package including: Travel privileges on a major U.S. network carrier and partner airlines Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with immediate company match Paid time off, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance Performance-based incentives and additional voluntary benefits Requirements Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. 3-5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience as an AMT/A&P; 5+ years preferred.
