Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) Technician to maintain and repair passenger boarding bridges used in airport operations. This role requires experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, and HVAC experience is a plus. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of boarding bridges to support smooth passenger flow. ______________________________________ Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on passenger boarding bridges. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to bridge movement and alignment. Maintain and service HVAC systems within boarding bridges (experience preferred). Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns. Collaborate with airport operations and other technical teams to ensure reliability Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems required. HVAC experience is a plus. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Flexible schedule (shifts, weekends, holidays). Previous experience in airport systems or industrial maintenance preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must possess a Government ID and social security card. Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check. Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs. Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
